This is why it is so important to be able to build long-lasting relationship with people, give and take, forgive and accept. I have always said and will keep saying – build the bridges 👂👀👂. Don’t burn them🔥. Establish a dialogue, control your emotions😤🤬, find the compromise, negotiate towards win-win situations, try to turn the difficult stakeholders into your allies. And in 90% this investment will pay back🥇☝️.
